Product Description
Super Dry dries up to 4 coats of enamel to a high, glossy shine in less than 3 minutes. This product is toluene and formaldehyde free and contains a UV inhibitor, which prevents yellowing. This topcoat also hides imperfection in the application of nail enamel.
