Karma Organic Spa will always keep customer information confidential. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time we ask for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.

We are also certified CISP-compliant. Created by Visa and MasterCard, the Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) outlines a standard for security procedures for merchants and service providers that store, process, or transmit cardholder data.

Ordering Online:

After you've placed an order, you will receive a Confirmation E-Mail with a Confirmation Number. If you should have any questions about your order, please refer to this number when you contact us.

Most orders are processed and available items are shipped within 5 business days.

Payment Terms:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover orders. Orders with declined credit cards will be canceled and are subject to a $5 charge on reorders.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates purchased online or at the spa in Ridegewood, NJ currently can not be redeemed on online orders. You can call the spa to order and we will be happy to have any products you would like to redeem with a valid Karma Organic Spa gift certificate mailed to you. Gift Certificates are also non refundable and are valid for one year from date of purchase.

Sales Tax:

Within New Jersey, add 7% sales tax. If tax-exempt, tax exempt certificate must be sent with initial order.

Shipping & Delivery Information:

Within the U.S.

Karma Organic is currently only shipping online within the Continental United States which includes the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. If you are outside the Continental U.S. such as Hawaii and Alaska or any of our territories or military APO/FPO addresses and would like to order please call the spa or email us and we can try and make arrangements to have the products shipped to. See below for International orders.

Orders will be shipped via ground delivery with whatever service is more expedient. If your order must be shipped by air due to destination or for expediency, please call Karma at 201-857-5300 during our regular business hours Eastern time listed above. There will be an additional charge for Express Air Service, determined by weight. Most orders are processed and available items are shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping Rates within the Continental 48 States is as follows:

$5.00 flat fee per order.

International Orders

While KarmaOrganicSpa only ships within the United States, we do cater to our international customers through our collaboration with US Unlocked (http://www.USunlocked.com). They are our partner for international shipping and provide a US shipping address for your order with us, along with very affordable shipping rates. Shortages or Damaged Goods:

Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately upon receipt of order. A packing slip is enclosed with each order and will list all merchandise shipped. Damaged cartons or bags must be noted as such and held at point of delivery for damage claim inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for shortages or damages reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If there are any problems, please notify us immediately upon receipt of order.
